Associate Professor of Informatics
Dr. Dokyoon Kim is an Associate Professor of Informatics in the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Informatics at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. He also serves as the Director of the Center for AI-Driven Translational Informatics (CATI) and holds the role of Associate Director of Informatics at Penn Immune Health.
His primary focus is on the integration of multi-modal data, encompassing ‘omics data, environmental data, imaging, and phenotype data from Electronic Health Records (EHR). Through the use of artificial intelligence (AI), he advances the fields of precision medicine and translational informatics.
