Call for Posters
At this time, we are inviting poster presentations for the Big Data Conference.
This poster competition is open to all trainees mentored by DBEI faculty, including MS, PhD, MSCE students, and postdoctoral fellows. Due to space limitations, only the first 20 approved poster abstracts will be accepted.
If you are interested in making a presentation, please submit your poster here or in the registration link.
Submission Deadline:
Please submit your abstract by 11:59 PM on September 5, 2025.
Once the department has received 20 approved abstracts, any additional submissions will be waitlisted.
You will receive an email confirming whether your abstract has been accepted or placed on the waitlist.
Additional instructions regarding poster printing, such as vendor options, size specifications, file format, and payment, will be provided to those whose abstracts have been accepted.
