Dr. Weidong Ma is a postdoctoral fellow and researcher in the Division of Biostatistics at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. His focus areas are nonparametric and semiparametric statistics, risk prediction models, and electronic health record (EHR) data analysis. He has co-authored research on methods for addressing underdiagnosis in electronic health record data and developing well-calibrated risk prediction models using constrained maximum likelihood approaches.
