Michael Harhay, PhD, MPH, has been selected to join the 2026–27 cohort of Penn Fellows, a prestigious leadership development program for mid-career faculty at the University of Pennsylvania. Nominated by Enrique F. Schisterman, Michael was chosen from a highly competitive pool of candidates in recognition of his accomplishments and potential as a faculty leader.
The Penn Fellows Program, established in 2009, provides participants with the opportunity to build networks across the University, engage with senior administrators, and explore key issues in higher education. Over the course of the academic year, fellows collaborate with peers, meet distinguished academic leaders, and gain deeper insight into university governance and strategy.
